LeakPro Pool Services LLC ("LeakPro Diagnostic", "we", "us") provides pool leak detection, leak repair, pool heater, plumbing and remodeling services in South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, hire us, visit leakprodiagnostic.com or interact with our Facebook and Instagram accounts, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
- What you tell us. When you call, text or message us (including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) or send the contact form on our website: your name, phone number, email, the city or address of the pool, a description of the problem and any photos or videos you share.
- Service records. When we work on your pool: inspection notes, measurements, photos of the pool and equipment, estimates, invoices and, if you choose financing, the payment details needed to manage it.
- Our website. The contact form sends your message to our email through our email provider. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
- Social media and ads. When you message or comment on our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we see what you send us. Meta gives us aggregated reports about how our posts and ads perform. If we turn on the Meta Pixel on our website to measure our ads, Meta may collect information about your visit (such as the pages you view and whether you contact us) under Meta's Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To answer you, schedule visits and perform the work you ask for.
- To prepare leak reports, estimates, invoices and warranty follow-ups.
- To improve our service and measure our advertising.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email, website hosting, messaging and payment services), when the law requires it, or with your consent.
We sometimes publish photos and videos of our work on our website and social media. We never publish your name or your address. If you would rather we not use footage of your pool, tell us and we will not.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, honor warranties and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including information connected to your interactions with our Facebook Page, Instagram account or ads.
How to request deletion: email info@leakprodiagnostic.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or call (305) 942-9447. Include the name and phone number or email you used with us. We will confirm your request and delete your information within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, which we will keep only as long as required.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
